La propuesta consiste en procesar ají páprika deshidratada seca entera de las variedades Papriking y Papriqueen en sacos de polipropileno de 60 kilos, satisfaciendo los niveles de calidad exigidos para su posterior comercialización al mercado internacional de España. Para elaborar el estudio de mercado respectivo se ha basado en fuentes de información secundarias como son datos estadísticos, así como también fuentes primarias a través de entrevistas, visitas a productores y posibles proveedores de la zona de la Libertad. La planta principal de la empresa CyL Perú Export SAC estará ubicada en el distrito de Chao, Provincia de Virú en el departamento de La Libertad; cubriendo un área de 500 metros cuadrados. CAPSIPAPRIKA será un producto alimenticio, nativo de Perú usado como condimento y colorante, el cual presentará las siguientes características: Un tamaño de 12 a 18 cm, un peso de 3 gramos, teniendo un grado Asta entre 200-280 de pigmentación y una humedad máxima de 12 % HR. En la actualidad, la rentabilidad que genera el sector agro exportador, de este producto en el país experimenta un crecimiento constante y sostenido. El mercado meta será el 10% de las importaciones españolas que se calcula aproximadamente en 262 TM anuales de Ají Páprika seca prensada. Para el inicio de las actividades, se estima una inversión de $.134 240.54, los cuales estarán financiados con un capital propio de $. 80 544.32 y con financiamiento externo de $.53 696.22. La evaluación económica y financiera determinó que el proyecto es rentable ya que el Valor Actual Neto Económico es de $. 225 827.92 y el Financiero es de $. 233 532.38, la Tasa Interna de Retorno Económico y Financiero, de 57.84 % y 80.32 %, respectivamente. El Periodo de Recuperación de Capital será de dos años y un mes.ABSTRACT The present project ‘’Study of Pre-feasibility for Exportation of Paprika whole dried to Spain’’, which has the main purpose to prove the feasibility and profitability of this investigation. The proposal consists to process Paprika whole dried of varieties Papriking and Papriqueen in jute bags of 60 kilos, satisfying the quality levels for trading to the international Spanish Market. To make the market research has based in secondary sources like statistics data, as well as primary and secondary sources through interviews, producer visits and possible suppliers of La Libertad zone. The main plant of “CyL PERU EXPORT SAC” company will locate in Chao district, Viru province of Departamento La Libertad, covering an area of 500 square meters. CAPSIPAPRIKA will be a food product, native from Peru, used to flavoring and coloring, which is presents the following characteristics: Size: 12-18 centimeters, weight: 3 grams, color degree: 200-280 ASTA and 12% as a maximum humidity. Nowadays, the feasibility that gives the Agricultural Exporter Sector of this product in Peru, experiments a constant growth. The market goal will be 10% of Spanish Imports that estimates approximately in 262 Tones per year of paprika whole dried. To start the activities in the company will estimate a total investment of US$ 134 240.54, from this will be US$ 80 544.32 by partners and US$ 53 696.22 will be applied for a loan from the bank. The economic and financial evaluation determined that the project is profitable, because of the current net economic and financial value are US$ 225 827.92 and US$. 233 532.38, the internal rate of financial returns is 57.84% and 80.32 respectively.
