Además, se planteó como objetivo, garantizar la realización del proceso adaptado a las nuevas tendencias del reclutamiento y a las medidas optadas por el Gobierno para frenar el avance de la COVID-19; todo ello permitió obtener como resultado un eficiente y eficaz modelo de proceso de selección que garantizó la disminución de tiempo y costos, como también, el cuidado de los participantes del proceso.
