Teniendo este enunciado como motivo, se conllevará a realizar una regeneración urbana que implica la reubicación de la población en las primeras manzanas del sector de Buenos Aires Sur, que se siente más afectado por motivos de erosión costera y zona de alto riesgo, albergando una cantidad de familias necesitadas donde sus viviendas se han destruido por dicho fenómeno natural que viene afectando desde hace doce años. Para ello, la presente investigación se concentrará en resolver estos diversos problemas sociales, determinando que gracias a una adecuada Habilitación Urbana Participativa en conjunto con la comunidad, determine exitosamente un diseño urbano adecuado para la población y las personas externas al problema que quieran acceder a ella, tomando en cuenta como un modelo de Habilitación que gracias a la Acupuntura Urbana se estructurará, regenerando el área actual donde se diseñará para que estos modelos puedan replicarse a futuro y contribuyan a establecer estrategias proyectuales mediante encuestas y diagnósticos del área de estudio para la ejecución de un Centro de Desarrollo Comunitario. Este ayudará a la población reubicada en la habilitación urbana de manera participativa a través de talleres de capacitación para aumentar la productividad en sus negocios y crear una conciencia que lleve a restaurar la cooperación que se ha olvidado al pasar el tiempo. Teniendo mayores oportunidades con una visión de “ciudad productiva” y dejando atrás el concepto de “ciudad dormitorio”, donde todas las actividades sociales, culturales y comerciales se concentren dentro del lugar a manera de una micro ciudad. Sumado a ello, el objeto arquitectónico propone espacios de salud, educativos, cine al aire libre, actividades artísticas y ventas de productos elaborados por la misma población.The social problems in architecture should be the main axis for the immediate solutions taking into account the intervention of the population, however it has been focused in a more commercial way. Having this statement as a reason, it will lead to an urban regeneration that involves the relocation of the population in the first blocks of the Buenos Aires South sector, which feels more affected by coastal erosion and high risk areas, housing an amount of families in need where their homes have been destroyed by this natural phenomenon that has been affecting for twelve years. For this, the present investigation will concentrate in solving these diverse social problems, determining that thanks to an adequate Urban Participatory Enabling in conjunction with the community, successfully determine an adequate urban design for the population and the people external to the problem who want to access it. , taking into account as a model of empowerment that thanks to the Urban Acupuncture will be structured, regenerating the current area where it will be designed so that these models can be replicated in the future and contribute to establishing project strategies through surveys and diagnoses of the study area for execution of a Community Development Center. This will help the relocated population in urban empowerment in a participatory manner through training workshops to increase productivity in their businesses and create an awareness that leads to restoring the cooperation that has been forgotten over time. Having greater opportunities with a vision of "productive city" and leaving behind the concept of "dormitory city", where all social, cultural and commercial activities are concentrated within the place as a micro city.
