Para la presente tesis, se seleccionaron las áreas de producción y logística al ser las que más aportaban al problema de baja rentabilidad. Se determinó que las causas que mayor impacto tenían eran las fórmulas no optimizadas, el alto consumo de energía eléctrica y la presencia línea mal balanceada. El año pasado estas causas generaron una pérdida de S/ 671,321. Es así, que se determinó proponer la implementación de metodologías y herramientas de la ingeniería como programación lineal, Solver, balance de energía y balance de línea. Finalmente, con la información recolectada a través del diagnóstico, se presenta un análisis de resultados con datos cuantitativos para corroborar el logro del objetivo planteado. La rentabilidad de la empresa aumenta en 10% entre el periodo 2018 y el presente. Por lo que, la propuesta es viable, al tener un VAN de S/ 237,223 y un TIR de 40%, un retorno de la inversión de 8 meses y una ganancia de 0.51 soles por cada sol invertido.

In the first instance, a general diagnosis of the current situation of the company was made. For this thesis, the production and logistics areas were selected as they contributed the most to the problem of low profitability. It was determined that the causes that had the greatest impact were the non-optimized formulas, the high consumption of electrical energy and the presence of a poorly balanced line. Last year these causes generated a loss of S / 671,321. Thus, it was determined to propose the implementation of engineering methodologies and tools such as linear programming, Solver, energy balance and line balance. Finally, with the information collected through the diagnosis, an analysis of results with quantitative data is presented to corroborate the achievement of the objective. The profitability of the company increases by 10% between the 2018 period and the present.
