La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel general del síndrome de Burnout en docentes de la Institución Educativa N° 171-10, San Juan de Lurigancho. La investigación básica es de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo y diseño de corte transversal. Se realizó en la I.E N° 171-10 de San Juan de Lurigancho y la muestra fue no probabilística de 35 docentes, los que fueron evaluados con el instrumento Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) usando como variable única el síndrome de burnout. Los resultados presentaron que el Síndrome de Burnout se presenta en un 51% con un nivel moderado; en la dimensión cansancio emocional el 69% presentan niveles alto y moderado prevaleciendo un 43% a nivel moderado; en la dimensión despersonalización el 66% presentan nivel moderado y en la dimensión realización personal el 54% presenta nivel moderado. Se concluye que el síndrome de burnout está presentándose a nivel moderado en los educadores, evidenciándose que, el cansancio profesional ha interferido de manera negativa en su realización como persona sin afectar su relación con los estudiantes; se recomienda realizar planes estratégicos para modificar las dimensiones con evidencia de problema y desarrollar programas de salud integral que abarque el manejo del estrés. |

The basic research is quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional design. It was held at the I.E N° 171-10 of San Juan de Lurigancho and the sample was non-probabilistic of 35 teachers those who were evaluated with the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) instrument using burnout syndrome as the single variable. The results showed that Burnout Syndrome occurs in 51% with a moderate level; in the dimension of emotional fatigue, 69% have high and moderate levels, with 43% prevailing at a moderate level; in the depersonalization dimension, 66% have a moderate level and in the personal fulfillment dimension, 54% have a moderate level.
