El proyecto de tesis planteado es un Hospital Especializado en Tratamiento de VIH e ITS, ubicado en el distrito de Comas, en la zona norte de la ciudad de Lima, dicha propuesta nace debido a la falta de centros de salud enfocados al diagnóstico, tratamiento y seguimiento de los pacientes VIH+. Se propone un proyecto que responda a la necesidad creciente de los pacientes de poder asistir a un centro hospitalario enfocado específicamente en esta enfermedad, ya que al existir una discriminación y rechazo social hacia aquellos que son portadores de esta, muchas veces no son atendidos de la manera correcta en un hospital de atención general, por esta razón no reciben un seguimiento correcto ni los cuidados que necesitan para sobrellevar la enfermedad y evitar que se desarrolle. El proyecto plantea una arquitectura funcional, sin dejar de lado la experiencia espacial y sensorial del usuario, de esta manera, se propone una volumetría compuesta por pabellones paralelos unidos por volúmenes intersectados que generen una circulaciones diferenciadas para pacientes y personal del centro. Además, se utilizará la Biofilia como eje de diseño para el desarrollo del proyecto, conectando el edificio con el parque colindante ubicado en la parte posterior, ya que se ha demostrado que una correcta conexión con un ambiente natural disminuye los niveles de estrés y ayuda en la recuperación de los pacientes que asisten al hospital, punto fundamental, ya que se busca brindar a los usuarios un ambiente de paz y tranquilidad al interior del proyecto. |

The proposed project responds to the growing need of patients to be able to attend a center, which is specifically focused on this disease, since there is discrimination and social rejection to HIV patients, many times they are not cared in the correct way in a general care hospital, for this reason they do not receive correct follow-up or the care they need to cope with this disease and prevent its development The project proposes a functional architecture, without leaving aside the spatial and sensory experience of the user, in this way, the project proposes a volumetry composed of parallel pavilions joined by intersecting volumes that generate a differentiated circulation for patients and center staff.
