description El presente proyecto se desarrolló con el fin de demostrar y dar solución a un problema por el que viene atravesando nuestro país. Este problema es la falta de preocupación por parte de las autoridades en el sector educativo. Esto conlleva a que la infraestructura educativa cuente con múltiples problemas, siendo el sector más afectado el grupo de personas que cuentan con alguna discapacidad. La zona de Lima Norte es una de las más afectadas, no contando con edificaciones destinadas al tipo de educación básica especial. Lo cual es perjudicial para su desarrollo y desenvolvimiento futuro en la sociedad. Al analizar distintos factores se encontró las singularidades de esta tipología y como es que junto a la arquitectura sensorial pueden llegar a brindarle al usuario ambientes de calidad en donde aprender, socializar, compartir y jugar. Ayudando de esta forma a su desarrollo integral. La propuesta servirá como complemento a los centros educativos regulares actuales, mejorando la situación del sistema educativo de la zona norte de Lima. De igual manera, la propuesta buscará otorgarle espacios públicos a la comunidad.

This problem is the lack of concern on the part of the authorities in the education sector. This leads to the educational infrastructure having multiple problems. The most affected sector being the group of people who have a disability. The North Lima area is one of the most affected not having buildings for the type of special basic education. Which is detrimental to their development and future development in society. By analyzing different factors, the singularities of this typology were found and how it is that together with the sensory architecture they can provide the user with quality environments in which to learn, socialize, converse and play. Helping in this way their integral development.
