Crear un centro de investigación, capacitación y difusión de la chirimoya en Callahuanca, Huarochirí, para fortalecer su productividad a través de la investigación agrícola y la capacitación a agricultores y productores de la zona. El proyecto contará con espacios de difusión donde se promoverá los derivados de esta fruta, y los turistas de paso puedan aprender y conocer más de este fruto a lo largo de un recorrido por las parcelas demostrativas. El proyecto está definido principalmente por tres principales bloques: el primero, donde se desarrolla la capacitación e investigación, el segundo donde se desarrolla las principales funciones públicas y recreativas, y finalmente el bloque destinado para el alojamiento de los científicos. La propuesta arquitectónica busca preservar desde el conocimiento vernáculo, cómo se emplazaba el hombre en el territorio, es por ello que, se plantea el mejor emplazamiento según la topografía y condiciones del terreno, se opta por la utilización de materiales de la zona como la piedra y la madera, y se propone un recorrido agradable generando espacios que den confort al usuario. |
