El análisis factorial confirmatorio evidencia un adecuado ajuste de la unidimensional, al igual que una adecuada consistencia interna. Existe una correlación directa entre el LWMS y el NAQ. Los resultados demuestran que el LMWS es válido y fiable para medir el mobbing en la población de Lima con características similares al presente estudio.

The NAQ reduced to spanish version was applied as a convergent measure. The confirmatory factor analysis shows an adequate one-dimensional fit, as well as adequate internal consistency. There is a direct correlation between the LWMS and the NAQ.
