Registrarse e interactuar en la plataforma es gratis. Nuestro medio de cobro será a quien da el servicio mediante un sistema de recargas, estas recargas le otorgarán a quien brinda el servicio las solicitudes enviadas por los clientes y que podrán aceptar tomarlo o no, una vez concluido el servicio y se cancele según el tarifario que se brindará en la aplicación se generará el cobro descontando el monto de la recarga hecha previamente. Este proyecto de negocio busca innovar en las búsquedas de especialistas (oficios) para la solución de problemas, que normalmente lo encuentra mediante recomendación de familiares; en el peor de los casos no logran encontrar a la persona idónea y terminan solucionándolo por sí mismo generando muchas veces un mayor desperfecto. La inversión inicial del proyecto es de S/.67,044 nuevos soles. Dicha inversión está distribuida de la siguiente manera, 14.23% de Activo Fijo, 34.46% de Activo Intangible y 51.32% de Capital de Trabajo. De ésta inversión inicial los socios aportaran el (70%) y el saldo se cubrirá con un préstamo (30%). Del análisis financiero realizado, se obtuvo un VAN FCLD de S/. 17,458 y un VAN FCNI de 23,707, mientras que los valores de la TIR FCLD y TIR FCNI alcanzaron el 23% y 25% bajo un WACC de 13.49% y un COK de 9.20%. Estos indicadores de rentabilidad reflejan de forma clara la rentabilidad y viabilidad del proyecto. Las primeras ganancias de Multiserv Perú se generarán a partir del primer año. Estas ganancias ascenderán a S/. 9,899 e irán incrementándose año tras año debido al potencial de mercado existente. La inversión será recuperada en el tercer año de operaciones, a partir de ese momento la empresa podrá haber cubierto las inversiones.
