description La presente tesis nace a partir de la identificación de problemas arquitectónicos en la tipología. Desde hace unas décadas la vivienda ha dejado de ser prioridad para el gobierno y ha sido administrada sin poner en desarrollo la calidad arquitectónica y urbana. En este proyecto de tesis se ha enfocado en resolver parcialmente el déficit cualitativo en Villa el Salvador y se propone el planteamiento de un nuevo tipo de vivienda enfocado en la flexibilidad para obtener una mejor calidad de vida de las familias. La elección de Villa el salvador encamina a un proyecto con referencias históricas y de evolución del distrito, que concluye en un esfuerzo por lograr la identidad del usuario con el conjunto en niveles colectivos e individuales. La investigación deriva en los criterios de diseño que hacen posible un conjunto que prioriza la calidad espacial, la integración, espacios públicos, áreas compartidas y la flexibilidad espacial de los departamentos.

For a few decades, housing has ceased to be a priority for the government and has been managed without developing the architectural and urban quality. This thesis project has focused on partially solving the qualitative deficit in Villa el Salvador and the proposal of a new type of housing focused on flexibility to obtain a better quality of life for families is proposed. The election of Villa el salvador vializes a project with historical references and the evolution of the district, which concludes to achieve the identity of the user with the whole at collective and individual levels.
