La universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, presenta este Proyecto de tesis con la Finalidad de ser la conclusión de un trabajo de Investigación en el Distrito de Lurín, en donde se presenta la explicación de los Antecedentes como estudios Relacionados a la presencia de Equipamiento Agrario. Esta primera cuestión, expone los Antecedentes referenciales, que son los proyectos que sirven para posibilitar lineamientos arquitectónicos que hacen eficiente un edificio o Uso. El proyecto de tesis expone una problemática, y una teoría, con el fin de dar aportes y lineamientos para presentarlos como Recomendaciones. El proyecto de tesis presenta una explicación de la factibilidad de la realización de este proyecto, tanto legalmente, económicamente y amparado en desarrollar los planes del Gobierno Nacional en favor al desarrollo del País. También, este proyecto expone sus condiciones o aspectos Arquitectónicos, en lo Urbano, contextual, Histórico, cultural, tecnológico y ambiental, que este regido por el Reglamento Nacional de Edificaciones. En donde, este producto expresado en Planos Arquitectónicos define una respuesta arquitectónica que sirve de Referente a otros proyectos con similares condiciones y factores Urbanos. El autor de esta tesis está agradecido a la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniera, por la Oportunidad de realizar un caso arquitectónico con el fin de ser la evaluación para obtener el Título de Arquitecta, a nombre de la nación. |

Equipment. This first question exposes the referential Background, which are the projects that serve to enable architectural guidelines that make a building or use efficient. The thesis project presents a problem, and a theory, in order to provide must contributions that lineaments to present them as Recommendations. The thesis project presents an explanation of the feasibility of carrying out this project, both legally, economically and under the protection of developing the plans of the National Government in favor of the development of the Country. Also, this project exposes its conditions or Architectural aspects, in the Urban, contextual, Historical, cultural, technological and environmental aspects, which are governed by the National Building Regulations. Where, this product expressed in Architectural Plans defines an architectural response that serves as a Reference to other projects with similar conditions and Urban factors.
