La presente investigación consiste en la informalidad, asimismo tiene como objetivo identificar y explicar las causas de la informalidad, acorde a los artículos revisados en América Latina durante los años 2014 al 2019. El método utilizado fue de observación, la cual se ha realizado a través de la lectura de las revistas indexadas. Por otro lado, el método de análisis nos permitió citar puntos importantes para el desarrollo de nuestro tema y el método descriptivo nos ayudó a desarrollar una correcta redacción. La muestra estuvo orientado a las microempresas. En cuanto al resultado los autores Robles, Sánchez & Beltrán y Ramos exponen: Que las causas corresponden al nivel educativo básico 96.3%, no tiene seguro social 54% y el 100% no cuenta con el apoyo del gobierno. Además, los autores Medina, López y otros indican con respecto a la falta de apoyo del sector salud y social: El 80% no tiene acceso al sistema de salud, el deterioro salarial representa el 18.3% y de manera general el desempleo en México representa el 37.3% y en Colombia el 47%. |

The method used was observation, which has been done through from reading the indexed magazines. On the other hand, the method of analysis allowed us to quote important points for the development of our topic and the descriptive method helped us to develop a correct wording. The sample was oriented to micro-enterprises. Regarding the result, the authors Robles, Sánchez & Beltrán and Ramos state: That the causes correspond to the basic educational level 96.3%, they do not have social security 54% and 100% do not have the support of the government.
