Bioethics contributes to law by providing a new per-ception in the process of regulating the facts of reali-ty, a conception that could be used in the regulation of the internet, especially if in the context of the cu-rrent pandemic there is a trend towards the virtuali-sation of citizens’ activities, which are present at the family, work and academic levels. The aim of this stu-dy was to analyse the feasibility of regulating the in-ternet service based on the recognition of bioethics and its possible contribution to the education of uni-versity students. It was developed from the positivist paradigm approach, quantitative approach, descrip-tive type, deductive-hypothetical method and non-experimental design. The participants answered the questionnaire voluntarily. The results highlight that there is evidence to consider bioethics, specifically biolaw, as a basis for internet regulation. It was con-cluded that bioethics promotes social justice in the regulation of human conduct, a situation that should be considered in order to guarantee training in uni-versity classrooms. |

It was con-cluded that bioethics promotes social justice in the regulation of human conduct, a situation that should be considered in order to guarantee training in uni-versity classrooms.La bioética contribuye al Derecho otorgando una nueva percepción en el proceso de regulación de los hechos de la realidad, concepción que podría ser utilizada en la regulación del internet, máxime si en el contexto de la actual pandemia se aprecia la tendencia hacia la virtualización de las actividades del ciudadano, las cuales se presentan a nivel familiar, laboral y académico. El objetivo del presen-te estudio fue analizar la factibilidad de regular el servicio de internet a partir del reconocimiento de la bioética y su posible contribución con la formación del estudiante universitario. Se desarrolló desde el enfoque del paradigma positivista, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, método deductivo-hipotético y diseño no experimental. Los participantes respondieron voluntariamente el cuestionario. En los resultados, resalta que existen indicios para considerar a la bioética, específicamente, al bioderecho como sustento de la regulación de internet.
