Bioethics contributes to law by providing a new per-ception in the process of regulating the facts of reali-ty, a conception that could be used in the regulation of the internet, especially if in the context of the cu-rrent pandemic there is a trend towards the virtuali-sation of citizens’ activities, which are present at the family, work and academic levels. The aim of this stu-dy was to analyse the feasibility of regulating the in-ternet service based on the recognition of bioethics and its possible contribution to the education of uni-versity students. It was developed from the positivist paradigm approach, quantitative approach, descrip-tive type, deductive-hypothetical method and non-experimental design.
