Métodos: Se aplicó La Escala de Estrés laboral de OIT/OMS, la escala de Ansiedad de Zung, la escala de Depresión de Zung, a jueces y fiscales que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión siendo un total de 126 fiscales y 18 jueces. Resultados: Se encontró un nivel intermedio de estrés en el 23% de los fiscales, en comparación con los jueces con el 17%. Se encontró un nivel de ansiedad leve en el 41% de los fiscales encuestados, en comparación con los jueces con el 67,0%. En cuanto a la variable depresión, 42% de los fiscales y 67% de los jueces se encontraron con depresión moderada. Conclusiones: Existe la presencia de estrés, ansiedad y depresión en los jueces y fiscales de La Libertad.
