description Las empresas de hoy están pensando constantemente en formas que les permitan salir al mercado, así como ampliar sus objetivos para satisfacer las crecientes necesidades de sus clientes. El principal tema problemática en la empresa inversiones y transportes Fernández S.A.C es la falta de unidades en la entidad, por qué suelen enviar correos, hacer llamadas, visitar la oficina, para que puedan ser atendidos y por motivos de la falta de unidades no pueden atender al servicio que necesitan los clientes, y eso ocasiona perdida de cliente y mala imagen a la empresa. El objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigación es evaluar la gestión de los procesos operativos, para la toma de decisiones de inversión en nuevas unidades de transporte en la empresa Inversiones y Transportes Fernández SAC, periodo 2021. Asimismo, tuvo un enfoque cualitativo, con un tipo de investigación aplicada, para recolección de datos se aplicó la técnica de la entrevista y análisis documental. La población y muestreo está conformado por la empresa Inversiones y Transportes Fernández S.AC. Finalmente, se requiere una buena gestión de parte de las áreas administrativas y operativas de la empresa y al realizar el flujo de caja se determinó que son positivos y por consiguiente generaría beneficios económicos a la empresa Inversiones y Transportes Fernández S.A.C

The main problematic issue in the company Inversiones y Transportes Fernández S.A.C is the lack of units in the entity, why they usually send emails, make calls, visit the office, so that they can be attended and due to the lack of units they cannot attend to the service that customers need, and that causes loss of customers and a bad image for the company. The main objective of this research work is to evaluate the management of operational processes, for making investment decisions in new transport units in the company Inversiones y Transportes Fernández SAC, period 2021. Likewise, it had a quantitative approach, with a type of applied research, for data collection the technique of documentary analysis and interview was applied. The population and demonstrated is made up of the company Inversiones y Transportes Fernández S.AC.
