La muestra estuvo constituida por los abogados especialistas en derecho civil y comercial, siendo un total de 66. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario. El estudio concluye que la inconveniencia de mantener el contrato de compraventa de bien ajeno en el Código Civil Peruano, influye significativamente en la seguridad jurídica del comprador en Tacna, año 2016, según la prueba estadística Chi2.
