La hipótesis general La interpretación errónea de la norma incide significativamente en la duplicidad de notificaciones judiciales en el tercer juzgado civil de Huancayo -2021. Método: inductivo deductivo, tipo de investigación nivel de investigación: Explicativo, diseño transeccional explicativo causales. Técnica encuesta y guía de entrevista, entrevista, Conclusión: Se acepta la hipótesis de investigación, la interpretación errónea de la norma incide significativamente en la duplicidad de notificaciones judiciales en el tercer juzgado civil de Huancayo - 2021. Recomendación: Se recomienda que mediante un proyecto de ley se legisle con la finalidad de modificar la norma o ley.
