En la dimensión contenido, el 45.9% son de buena calidad, el 48.1% de regular calidad y el 6.0% de deficiente calidad. Estos resultados concluyen que los patrones observados en una dimensión pueden influir en las otras dimensiones observadas

The sample was random and was made up of 364 nursing notes, which met the inclusion criteria. A checklist was applied, resulting in 45.3% being of good quality; 48.1% of regular quality and 6.6% of poor quality. In relation to the structure dimension, 47.7% are of good quality, 49.5% of regular quality and 3.8% of poor quality.
