This descriptive qualitative study seeks to describe, analyze and discuss “caring - care patients with tuberculosis from the perspective of nurse”. The theoretical bases are grounded in the theoretical concepts of care - care as Waldow (2008) y Boff (1999). They are involving nine staff nurses working in Medicine “A” of Regional Hospital Teaching of Trujillo. The semi -structured interview was used. Two categories emerged: the impact of care and caring process. The results show that the nurse for caring-care provided to patients with tuberculosis resonance and dissonance shown through the kindness and compassion was presented, but can also take an attitude of indifference to the patient, lack of time and absence of the familiar. La presente investigación de tipo descriptiva, retrospectiva, tuvo como objetivo identificar el Nivel de Calidad de las Notas de Enfermería en Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray, 2024. La muestra fue aleatoria y estuvo conformada por 364 notas de enfermería, las cuales cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Se aplicó una lista de cotejo obteniendo como resultado que el 45.3% son de buena calidad; el 48.1% de regular calidad y el 6.6% de deficiente calidad. En relación con la dimensión estructura, el 47.7% son de buena calidad, el 49.5% de regular calidad y el 3.8% de deficiente calidad. En la dimensión contenido, el 45.9% son de buena calidad, el 48.1% de regular calidad y el 6.0% de deficiente calidad.
