Los resultados demostraron y concluyen que existe una correlación inversa entre los fenómenos de estudio demostrado mediante un p valor = 006; es decir, a menor grado de síndrome de Burnout, mayor es el grado de desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de enfermería; por otro lado, también se halló el nivel del síndrome de Burnout, en donde el 60% de los profesionales denotó un nivel bajo y el 40%, un nivel regular; en cuanto al desempeño laboral, el 100% mostró un rango alto.
