Se realizó la aplicación de los 6 procesos de la gestión del cronograma y de los 4 procesos de la gestión de Costos, indicados en la sexta edición, que está relacionada con la séptima edición de la Guía PMBOK. Se obtuvieron como resultado planificar la gestión de cronograma, costos, por lo que se obtuvo el plan de gestión de cronograma, definiendo las actividades, se obtuvo la lista de hitos del proyecto; secuencias de las actividades. Así mismo se obtuvo el diagrama de red del proyecto; se estimó la duración, se obtuvo el periodo de trabajo de las actividades; se desarrolló el cronograma, se obtuvo el cronograma base, costos base del proyecto, se obtuvo las técnicas para controlar el umbral del proyecto. Finalmente, la investigación brindó resultados positivos ante la aplicación de la Guía PMBOK, Sexta Edición y 7ma Edición, lográndose fortalecer la Gestión de Cronograma y Costos, Inició el 19 de Octubre 2022 y culminó el 17 de Abril del 2023, sin atraso alguno con respecto al plazo otorgado a la empresa constructora, por el Gobierno Regional de La Libertad, siendo el costo total incluido el IGV de 2’692,727.68 soles

Tinyabamba. Pataz, which was built by the construction company Consorcio Executor Tinyabamba. The Research Design was non-experimental Cross-sectional. The application of the 6 processes of schedule management and the 4 processes of Cost management, indicated in the sixth edition, which is related to the seventh edition of the PMBOK Guide, was carried out. The result was planning the schedule management, costs, so the schedule management plan was obtained, defining the activities, the list of project milestones was obtained; sequences of activities.
