En la actualidad, el distrito tiene una grave problemática con respecto al ámbito educativo. Casa Grande presenta un porcentaje alto de analfabetismo y deserción escolar, a su vez, múltiples centros educativos públicos del distrito, tienen diversos problemas de infraestructura, esto debido a los años de antigüedad de estas edificaciones y porque fueron afectados por el Fenómeno del Niño costero en el año 2017. El proyecto de tesis busca mejorar la infraestructura y servicio del I.E. Casa Grande que fue fundado en el año 1962 y actualmente presenta cuantiosos problemas en su infraestructura. El proyecto arquitectónico busca plasmar en la conceptualización la relación directa entre Educación y la Comunidad, con esto poder mejorar el nivel educativo de los estudiantes y los pobladores, por medio de la práctica de valores y convivencia mutua, a través de los servicios complementarios, culturales y deportivos, del equipamiento educativo. El concepto de la relación entre Educación y Comunidad va más allá de diseñar solo un equipamiento educativo, está en la idea principal de hacer ciudad y repotenciar aquellos sectores que han olvidado el hecho de que para tener una comunidad desarrollada primero a que tener una población educada.

At present the district has a serious problem regarding the educational field. Casa Grande has a high percentage of illiteracy and school dropout, in turn, multiple public schools in the district, have various infrastructure problems, this due to the years of 8antiquity of these buildings and because they were affected by the coastal Child Phenomenon in the year 2017.
