Resultando que, para la hipótesis general, existe relación negativa y media entre las variables (rho=-.253; p=.002); percibiéndose un nivel bajo de burnout (34,9%) y un nivel bajo de desempeño laboral (35,5%). Concluyendo que, a mayores niveles de síndrome de burnout, se percibirían bajos niveles de desempeño laboral en los trabajadores de la municipalidad.
