Los resultados revelaron que, a nivel general, las habilidades sociales se encontraron mayormente en un nivel medio (41.3%), mientras que la dependencia emocional fue mayormente baja (87.3%). Sin embargo, el análisis no demostró una relación significativa entre las habilidades sociales y la dependencia emocional, ni en la escala general ni en las dimensiones específicas, dentro de este grupo particular de docentes de educación inicial en Trujillo
