La propuesta arquitectónica se plantea como una solución funcional, técnica y humanizada, articulando conceptos como la arquitectura sensorial, la integración edificio-entorno y la aplicación de conceptos como la continuidad, especificidad y horizontalidad en los establecimientos de salud. El proyecto considera espacios adecuados para rehabilitación física, socio laboral, consulta externa, hospitalización, confort médico y servicios generales, organizados en una composición que prioriza la accesibilidad, eficiencia energética, iluminación natural y ventilación cruzada. Metodológicamente, se trata de una investigación aplicada, no experimental, de tipo descriptivo con enfoque mixto, que utiliza tanto datos cuantitativos como cualitativos. Esta propuesta abastecerá a una población estimada en 24,440 personas para el año 2041, de acuerdo con la demanda proyectada por prevalencia de discapacidad física en registros del CONADIS y del MINSA.

The study identifies the insufficiency and precariousness of existing facilities, which fail to meet the growing demand for comprehensive care. The architectural proposal is conceived as a functional, technical, and human-centered solution, incorporating concepts such as sensory architecture, building–context integration, and the application of continuity, specificity, and horizontality in healthcare facilities. The project includes appropriate spaces for physical rehabilitation, socio-occupational reintegration, outpatient consultation, hospitalization, medical staff support, and general services, organized in a composition that prioritizes accessibility, energy efficiency, natural lighting, and cross ventilation. Methodologically, this is an applied, non-experimental, descriptive study with a mixed approach, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
