Con el objetivo de consignar microzonas de similares características geotécnicas, las cuales deberán recomendarse para su implantación en futuras ordenanzas municipales. Para el desarrollo de la tesis, se realizó excavaciones a cielo cierto ubicando estratégicamente los pozos exploratorios de modo que abarque toda la zona de estudio, se determinó los perfiles estratigráficos de cada punto explorado junto con la extracción de las muestras requeridas, se realizó algunos ensayos en campo, así como las pruebas de laboratorio. Como resultado de estas investigaciones se encontró que el material predominante es arena mal graduada con grava, no hay presencia de napa freática, por tanto, puede predecirse que el suelo tiene buena capacidad portante. En base a la información recolectada, se propone diferentes valores de capacidad portante para edificaciones comunes de hasta 3 pisos, las cuales se representan en planos de microzonificación. Con los resultados de laboratorio certificados, se busca que la presente investigación sirva como fuente de estudio para futuras construcciones en la zona y así conocer los usos correctos que se le debe dar a ciertas áreas para mejorar la calidad de vida del sector.

With the objective of consigning microzones of similar geotechnical characteristics, which should be recommended for implementation in future municipal ordinances. For the development of the thesis, excavations were carried out in a certain sky, strategically locating the exploratory wells so that it covers the entire study area, the stratigraphic profiles of each explored point were determined along with the extraction of the required samples, some tests were performed in the field, as well as laboratory tests. As a result of these investigations it was found that the predominant material is poorly graded sand with gravel, there is no presence of water table, therefore, it can be predicted that the soil has good bearing capacity. Based on the information collected, different bearing capacity values are proposed for common buildings of up to 3 floors, which are represented in microzonation plans.
