El instrumento mediante el cual se recogió los datos fue el “Inventario de Burnout de Maslach” y el “Test el Habilidades para la Gestión en la Negociación de Conflictos”. Aplicado en 52 docentes. Los resultados alcanzados luego de procesar y analizar los datos nos refieren que, hay una relación significativa entre el Síndrome de Burnout y las Habilidades para gestionar el manejo de conflictos, en las docentes de Educación Inicial de las Instituciones Educativas Privadas de Huamachuco. La Relación es Inversa, es decir que, si el Síndrome de Burnout aumenta, entonces las habilidades para gestionar el manejo de Conflictos disminuyen y viceversa, obteniendo los siguientes resultados: en Desgaste Emocional el 84.4% presentaron un nivel Medio y el 15.4% un nivel Alto; en Eficacia el 13.5% presentaron un nivel Bajo el 86.5% un nivel Medio y en Cinismo el 69.2% presentaron un nivel Medio y el 30.8% un nivel Alto. En habilidades para gestionar el manejo de conflictos, un 48.1% presentaron un nivel Bajo, el 25% un nivel Medio Bajo y el 26.9% un nivel Medio Alto. Ninguna de las docentes presentó un nivel de habilidades Alto.

The design is of a quantitative correlational approach. The instrument to collect the data is the Maslach Burnout Inventory and the Management Skills Test in Conflict Negotiation. Applied to 52 teachers. The results obtained after the processing and analysis of the data indicate that: there is a significant relationship between Burnout Syndrome and the Skills to manage conflict management in the Initial Education teachers of the Private Educational Institutions of Huamachuco. The Relationship is Reverse, that is, if Burnout Syndrome increases, then the skills to manage Conflict Management decrease and vice versa, obtaining the following results: in Emotional Wear, 84.4% have a Medium level and 15.4% a level High; In Efficacy 13.5% have a Low level 86.5% a Medium level and in Cynicism 69.2% have a Medium level and 30.8% a High level. In skills to manage conflict management, 48.1% have a Low level, 25% a Medium Low level and 26.9% a Medium High level.
