El objetivo principal fue, establecer la correlación entre Inteligencia Emocional y la percepción del Clima Organizacional en los Docentes de una Institución Educativa Estatal de Trujillo, teniendo en cuenta el sexo, los años de servicio y condición laboral. Para el estudio se ha empleado dos instrumentos confiables y debidamente validados para su uso en el Perú: El ICE de Bar-On, y la Escala de Clima Laboral CL – SPC. Se realizó un estudio Descriptivo Correlacional, en una población conformada por 108 Docentes; donde se llegó a la conclusión que existe una correlación significativa entre la Inteligencia Emocional y Clima Organizacional en los Docentes de una Institución Educativa Estatal de Trujillo.
