De tal suerte que, según el investigador, este artículo atenta contra principios jurídicos básicos y elementales, poniendo en peligro el orden constitucional del mismo. Por tal razón, esta investigación, se abre con la siguiente pregunta ¿Por qué las reglas interpretativas de obligatorio cumplimiento atentan contra el principio que los jueces deben estar sometidos a la constitución y las leyes? En ese sentido, nos hemos propuesto como objetivo general el siguiente: “Demostrar porque las reglas interpretativas de obligatorio cumplimiento atentan contra el principio que los jueces deben estar sometidos a la constitución y las leyes”. Finalmente y luego de la información teórica recopilada, la misma que ha sido contrastada y analizada, se ha llegado a la siguiente conclusión general: “Las reglas interpretativas de obligatorio cumplimiento atentan contra el principio que los jueces deben estar sometidos a la constitución y las leyes; pues, es el artículo 112 de la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial, la que estaría compeliendo a los jueces a someterse a dichas reglas; sin embargo, en virtud al principio de Supremacía Constitucional, dicha vinculatoriedad, creada por la ley, estaría contraviniendo a la propia Constitución vigente

In such a way that, according to the researcher, this article violates basic and elementary legal principles, endangering its constitutional order. For this reason, this investigation opens with the following question: Why do mandatory interpretative rules violate the principle that judges must be subject to the constitution and the laws?
