El trabajo colectivo garantizará que los usuarios tanto internos como externos reciban y perciban un servicio y espacios de calidad. El proyecto propuesto se ubicará en el Distrito de Trujillo que pertenece a la provincia de Trujillo en la región La Libertad con un área total programada de 8 692.46 m2. La atención de los usuarios se basará en el análisis, desarrollo e implementación de áreas en favor del personal técnico administrativo, mantenimiento y servicio y público en general. Esto permitirá contribuir el desabastecimiento del servicio registral que tienen los residentes del distrito, provincia y región y la deficiente e insuficiente infraestructura de la tipología. La demanda efectiva no atendida o déficit de la oferta y demanda asciende al 2030 entre servicio de inscripción registral y publicidad registral a 151 274 y 983 833. Las teorías arquitectónicas aplicadas en el proyecto son arquitectura pública por medio de activadores urbanos, espacios flexibles para ambientes corporativos, integración en relación edificio – contexto; y, la composición jerárquica en base a la organización y sus principios.

Collective work will ensure that both internal and external users receive and perceive quality service and spaces. The proposed project will be located in the Trujillo District that belongs to the province of Trujillo in the La Libertad region with a total programmed area of 8 692.46 m2. The attention of users will be based on the analysis, development and implementation of areas in favor of administrative technical personnel, maintenance and service and the general public. This will make it possible to contribute to the shortage of registration services for residents of the district, province and region and to the poor and insufficient infrastructure of the typology.
