El arquetipo propuesto está dotado de la infraestructura necesaria para ofrecer servicios de alta calidad académica a la población de primaria, secundaria de la educación básica regular y de la educación básica alternativa, ya que harán uso del mismo en gran medida. Está ubicado en el distrito de Zorritos, en la provincia de Contralmirante Villar, región Túmbes. El proyecto contempló desarrollar una composición que se integre al entorno; establecer una formalidad que se adecue a las necesidades del tipo de usuario y el rubro educativo; y, diseñar espacios internos en relación a la neuro arquitectura y su confort. Existe una demanda efectiva al 2044 de 3844 estudiantes para el caso de primaria, secundaria y CEBA. El abastecimiento propuesto asciende al 37.10% de la misma que en número son 1426 plazas

The proposed archetype is equipped with the necessary infrastructure to provide high quality academic services to the primary, secondary and alternative basic education population, as they will make use of it to a large extent. It is located in the district of Zorritos, in the province of Contralmirante Villar, region Túmbes.
