Las horas de sueño insuficientes y el cyberbullying fueron factores asociados a las conductas alimentarias de riesgo (p<0.05) Se analizó también las variables intervinientes donde sólo el sexo femenino tuvo diferencia significativa (p<0.05). En el análisis multivariado a través de regresión logística se corrobora que el sexo femenino, las horas de sueño insuficientes y el cyberbullying son factores asociados a las conductas alimentarias de riesgo en adolescentes. (p <0.05) Conclusión: La prevalencia de las conductas alimentarias de riesgo es de 22.7% y los factores asociados son horas de sueño insuficientes y cyberbullying.

Material and methods: A cross-sectional, analytical study was carried out in which 88 students of 4th and 5th year of secondary education of the Tupac Amaru II-2021 School were included. Results: Of 88 adolescents, 20 of them have CAR. Insufficient hours of sleep and cyberbullying were factors associated with risky eating behaviors (p<0.05). The intervening variables were also analyzed, where only the female sex had a significant difference (p<0.05). In the multivariate analysis through logistic regression, it is confirmed that the female sex, insufficient hours of sleep and cyberbullying are factors associated with risky eating behaviors in adolescents. (p <0.05).
