Población, ciudadanos que recurrieron la jurisdicción especial rondera y judicial en la provincia de Santiago de Chuco; muestra, no probabilística. Métodos: lógicos: deductivo, inductivo, analítico y sintético; y jurídicos: exegético, comparativo e histórico. Técnicas: análisis documental, fichaje y encuesta. Instrumentos: fichas de análisis documental, fichas de registro de datos y cuestionario. Resultado sobresaliente: “Las personas insatisfechas con las decisiones de un órgano jurisdiccional recurren a la jurisdicción especial rondera o a la judicial para que se conozca nuevamente sus casos. Conclusión sobresaliente: “Con el fin de evitar la colisión institucional, garantizar la seguridad jurídica, la paz social es necesario homologar la Decisión Ronderil con la Cosa Juzgada Judicial, modificando el Art. 149 de la Constitución.

The type of investigation is basic, the level is descriptive. Population, citizens who resorted to the special court in Santiago de Chuco province; sample, not probabilistic. Methods: logical: deductive, inductive, analytical and synthetic; and juridical: exegetical, comparative and historical. Techniques: documentary analysis, signing and survey. Instruments: documentary analysis sheets, data recording sheets and questionnaire. Outstanding result: ““People who are dissatisfied with the decisions of a court resort to the special jurisdiction around them or to the court to have their cases heard again.
