La metodología empleada es participativa, involucrando a la comunidad en la identificación de necesidades y en la planificación del proyecto, lo que contribuye a su apropiación y éxito. Además, el diseño arquitectónico incorpora principios de sostenibilidad, utilizando materiales locales y respetando el entorno natural para minimizar el impacto ambiental. El Centro de Interpretación no solo promoverá el desarrollo económico y turístico de Catacaos, sino que también fortalecerá el sentido de pertenencia y orgullo entre sus habitantes, generando un impacto positivo en la valorización del patrimonio cultural. De este modo, el proyecto representa un avance significativo en la consolidación de un modelo de turismo responsable, equilibrado y sostenible, beneficiando tanto a la población local como a los visitantes interesados en conocer y experimentar la riqueza cultural de la región
