Si analizamos este aspecto educativo en nuestro país, especialmente en los institutos, nos daremos cuenta que muchos de ellos presentan abandono en su infraestructura y carecen de innovación; tratándose simplemente de bloques conformados por salones de clases sin orden, confort, ni espacios de socialización. El presente trabajo nace como respuesta a esta problemática y necesidad existente, proponiendo la remodelación del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Almirante Miguel Grau en Piura, como una propuesta arquitectónica sostenible la cual será objeto del cambio en la realidad de la educación superior tecnológica pública garantizando responder a las necesidades del usuario y cumplir con las condiciones básicas de calidad, para de esta manera evitar la disminución de estudiantes y por el contrario contribuir en la formación de profesionales competentes

If we analyze this educational aspect in our country, especially in high schools, we will realize that many of them present abandonment in their infrastructure and lack innovation. They are simply blocks made up of classrooms without order, comfort, or spaces for socialization. The present work was born as a response to this problem and existing need, proposing the remodeling of the Higher Institute of Technology “Almirante Miguel Grau” in Piura.
