En total se analizaron a 3949 mujeres. Se usó el programa STATA versión 15.0 para el análisis, para lo cual se usó regresión Poisson con modelo robusto, se calculó la razón de prevalencia con un nivel de confianza al 95%, con un nivel de significancia 0.05, (p<0.05). Resultados: El 80.86% de mujeres venezolanas no se encontraban afiliadas a un seguro de salud. Se evidenció que el departamento con mayor cantidad de migrantes fue Lima con un acceso a la salud del 30,9% seguido de Arequipa con un 30,3%. En el análisis bivariado se encontró asociación entre el acceso a la salud y el estrato económico (p=0.006), edad (p=0.011), estado civil (p=0.000), permiso migratorio (p=0.000), tipo de permiso migratorio (p=0,000), y gestación; mientras que en el análisis multivariado se encontró significancia con gestación (RPa 3,18), recibir tratamiento para molestia crónica (RPa 1,86) y presencia de permiso migratorio (RPa 4,62). Conclusión: Se concluye que las características de las mujeres migrantes asociadas al acceso a la salud son gestación, permiso migratorio y recepción de tratamiento para molestia crónica

Material and methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted according to the data reported in the open access database of ENPOVE 2022. Systematic sampling was carried out in consideration of all migrant women participating in the survey, excluding those with incomplete data and those under 18 years of age. A total of 3949 women were analyzed. The program STATA version 15.0 was used for the analysis, for which Poisson regression with robust model was used, and the prevalence ratio was calculated with a 95% confidence level. Results: 80.86% of Venezuelan women were not affiliated to health insurance. It was found that the department with the highest number of migrants was Lima with 30.9% access to health care, followed by Arequipa with 30.3%. In the bivariate analysis, an association was found between access to health care and economic stratum (p=0.006), age (p=0.011), marital status (p=0.000), migratory permit (p=0.000), type of migratory permit (p=0.000), and gestation; while in the multivariate analysis, significance was found with gestation (PRa 3.18), receiving treatment for chronic discomfort (PRa 1.86) and presence of migratory permit (PRa 4.62).
