El análisis de los resultados obtenidos se realizó mediante la prueba U de Mann-Withney. Los resultados muestran que no existen diferencias significativas entre el pensamiento suicida de los estudiantes según sexo. De igual forma, en las dimensiones sentimientos de inutilidad, ideación suicida, sentimiento de desesperanza y factores sociales, tampoco se identificaron diferencias significativas entre ambos sexos.

The sample consisted of 256 students from first to tenth cycle who were administered the Robert Plutchik Suicidal Risk Scale adapted by Bautista (2014). The analysis of the results obtained was carried out using the Mann-Withney U test. The results show that there are no significant differences between the suicidal thoughts of the students according to sex.
