La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 13 colaboradores quienes mantienen un contacto directo con los clientes. Mediante la utilización de métodos estadísticos se determinó que el nivel de síndrome de Burnout es medio lo que significa que si bien el problema no es alto, tiene tendencia a su agudización lo que afectaría drásticamente a los colaboradores y el trato al cliente; el nivel de desempeño laboral en los colaboradores del BCP agencia España es medio lo que significa si no se toman las medidas correctivas oportunamente el problema podría acentuarse y afectar seriamente los niveles de productividad. La investigación concluye, que la influencia del síndrome de Burnout en el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del BCP es negativa y altamente significativa, identificando que la dimensión más influyente en el síndrome de Burnout, es la realización personal; y para el desempeño laboral, es el desarrollo personal, lo que indica la presencia de un problema de frustración en los colaboradores.

The population of the study consisted of 13 contributors which have direct contact with the customers. The using of statistical methods shows that the level of Burnout syndrome is half what means that the problem is not so high. It has a tendency to worsening trend which affect drastically the contributors and customer relations. The level of work performance collaborators of BCP agency España is middle level which means that not correct measures could affect the productivity.
