De tal suerte que se ha formulado el siguiente objetivo general: Demostrar que la inadmisibilidad de los escritos postulatorios civiles por no contener aranceles judiciales dilata innecesariamente el derecho constitucional de acceso a la jurisdicción. Finalmente y luego de haber analizado doctrina y sobre todo casos reales en los que los jueces denegaron el acceso a la jurisdicción porque la demanda o la contestación de la demanda no contaba con el arancel judicial correspondiente, se ha podido esbozar la siguiente conclusión general: Ha quedado demostrado que la inadmisibilidad de los escritos postulatorios civiles por no contener aranceles judiciales dilata innecesariamente el derecho constitucional de acceso a la jurisdicción, toda cuenta que existe la imposibilidad constitucional, por parte de los magistrados, de crear otras causales de inadmisibilidad de la demanda en el Perú; pues de ´por medio están derechos fundamentales básicos como el respeto al derecho de acceso a la justicia, el principio de legalidad, el debido proceso y la seguridad jurídica. Estos fundamentos garantizan que el sistema judicial peruano se mantiene en conformidad con los estándares constitucionales y legales, los mismos que permitirán el respeto a los derechos fundamentales de los ciudadanos

In such a way that the following general objective has been formulated: Demonstrate that the inadmissibility of civil postulatory writings for not containing judicial fees unnecessarily delays the constitutional right of access to jurisdiction. Finally, and after having analyzed doctrine and especially real cases in which judges denied access to jurisdiction because the claim or the answer to the claim did not have the corresponding judicial fee, the following general conclusion has been outlined: It has been demonstrated that the inadmissibility of civil postulatory writings because they do not contain judicial fees unnecessarily delays the constitutional right of access to jurisdiction, given that there is a constitutional impossibility, on the part of the magistrates, to create other grounds for the inadmissibility of the claim in Peru; Because in the middle are basic fundamental rights such as respect for the right of access to justice, the principle of legality, due process and legal certainty.
