Como técnica de investigación se utilizó la encuesta, cuyo instrumento para la recolección de datos fue un cuestionario en línea utilizando para ello la escala de Likert, constituido por 15 preguntas, dirigido a 30 representantes de comercios minoristas de Lima que fueron parte de la transformación digital, como gerentes, dueños, representantes, administradores, entre otros; los cuales fueron seleccionados por conveniencia. El instrumento se elaboró de 7 dimensiones, las cuales fueron: Adaptación, Tareas compartidas, experiencias comerciales, procesos y resultados, organización digital, cultura digital y tecnologías. Los resultados demostraron que el nivel de aprendizaje organizacional en la transformación digital de los comercios minoristas de Lima es medio y que existe una relación significativa entre las dimensiones de adaptación y tareas compartidas. Finalmente, se encontró que la tecnología en los colaboradores de los comercios se encuentra en un nivel de valoración medio, evidenciando que los comercios tienen deficiencias en el uso y adopción de las tecnologías digitales. De esta forma se concluye, que el nivel de aprendizaje organizacional en la transformación digital pospandemia se encuentra en un nivel aprendizaje medio por la mayoría de los representantes; con tendencia a un nivel alto, debido a que los comercios tienen una disposición a nuevos aprendizajes frente a los cambios repentinos como lo fue el generado por la pandemia de la Covid 19.

The study approach is quantitative, with a basic descriptive non- experimental methodological design. As a research technique, the survey was used, whose instrument for data collection was an online questionnaire using the Likert scale, consisting of 15 questions, addressed to 30 representatives of retail businesses in Lima that were part of the digital transformation. , as managers, owners, representatives, administrators, among others; which were selected by convenience. The instrument was developed with 7 dimensions, which were: Adaptation, Shared tasks, business experiences, processes and results, digital organization, digital culture and technology. The results demonstrated that the level of organizational learning in the digital transformation of retail stores in Lima is medium and that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of adaptation and shared tasks. Finally, it was found that technology among business employees is at a medium level of assessment, evidencing that businesses have deficiencies in the use and adoption of digital technologies.
