The present work, descriptive-qualitative, has the following studio objects: 1. Analyze adult´s perception on Health Promotion in a perspective of nursery for the quality of life, 2. Understand the adult´s experience on promotion (care) of their health, 3. Analyze the information that adults receive from the nurse regarding their health, 4. Propose the design of a nursery strategy for the adult´s quality of life. The theoretical approach is based on the Health Promotion concepts from Saúl Franco Agudelo (1995), Biomedic Model by Fridjof Capra (2006) and Quality of Life according Felce and Perry. The framework of reference was based on: The Health programs in Mexico, The Operative Model of Health promotion and The National Plan of Development (PND 2007-2012 Mexico). The study subjects were ten adults between 20-59 years old, both sexes and the participation of five nurses from the First Attention Level. The thematic analysis gave as a result three categories: 1. Health Promotion perceived by the adult and 2. Health promotion, health services/nursing.
