Sumario: | The aim of the study was to describe and analyze the learning of nursing care, based on the model of Henderson from complexity. Contemporary authors Morin, E. and Watson, J. contributed to the philosophical study theoretical elements. Methodology: descriptive qualitative research, involving nine nursing students, Faculty of Education Iztacala-National Autonomous University of Mexico. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews. Discourse analysis for the construction of empirical categories were used, considering the ethical criteria and rigor. Findings: the analysis of empirical data emerge category: epistemological and ontological Care Learning. This allows conceiving learning as a process of building and knowledge translation and these, in turn, are divided, disunited and valuation of the human being, is reductionist, to be fourteen basic needs, biological predominance. It develops through the analytical method of dividing the thoughts and problems into pieces and then arrange them in logical order. Subcategory I: Learning epistemological care, and works II: Learning ontological care. Of these categories emerges from participating students the need to shift from a classic paradigm for an emerging paradigm for learning care that helps illustrate the relational knowledge as a network of interconnected phenomena so that they link and integrate linear thinking and through complex analytic and synthetic to achieve the unity of knowledge method. |
