The aim of the study was to describe and analyze the learning of nursing care, based on the model of Henderson from complexity. Contemporary authors Morin, E. and Watson, J. contributed to the philosophical study theoretical elements. Methodology: descriptive qualitative research, involving nine nursing students, Faculty of Education Iztacala-National Autonomous University of Mexico. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews. Discourse analysis for the construction of empirical categories were used, considering the ethical criteria and rigor. Findings: the analysis of empirical data emerge category: epistemological and ontological Care Learning.
