In this study, the survey and the questionnaire were used as instruments. In the results it could be observed that, out of a total of 40 respondents in Human Talent Management and Quality of Service in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024, 5.0% responded that they disagreed with the management of human talent in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024, therefore, 5.0% commented that they totally disagreed, in addition 7.5% stated that they neither agreed nor disagreed, on the other hand, 33.5% expressed that they agreed, meanwhile, 47.5% stated that they totally agree with the management of human talent in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024. Concluding that human talent management is significantly related to the quality of service in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024, The continuous training of municipal personnel directly impacts their performance. Trained employees tend to offer a more efficient and competent service, which improves the quality of service to citizens.

El estudio es de tipo básico, nivel correlacional, de diseño no experimenta. La muestra, estuvo conformada por 40 colaboradores de la municipalidad. En este estudio, se empleó la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumento. En los resultados se pudo observar que, de un total de 40 encuestados, el 5,0% respondió en desacuerdo, por tanto, el 5,0% comento que totalmente en desacuerdo, además el 7,5% manifestó que ni de acuerdo ni en desacuerdo, por otro lado, el 33,5% expresaron de acuerdo, en tanto, el 47,5% afirmo que están totalmente de acuerdo con la gestión del talento humano en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista 2024. Concluyendo que la gestión del talento humano se relaciona de manera significativa con la calidad de servicio en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Juan Bautista 2024, La formación continua del personal municipal impacta directamente en su desempeño.
