Sumario:The objective of this research work was to determine how the personnel selection process is related to the quality of service of the district municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024. The study is of a basic type, correlational level, non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 40 employees of the municipality. In this study, the survey and the questionnaire were used as instruments. In the results it could be observed that, out of a total of 40 respondents in Human Talent Management and Quality of Service in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024, 5.0% responded that they disagreed with the management of human talent in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024, therefore, 5.0% commented that they totally disagreed, in addition 7.5% stated that they neither agreed nor disagreed, on the other hand, 33.5% expressed that they agreed, meanwhile, 47.5% stated that they totally agree with the management of human talent in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024. Concluding that human talent management is significantly related to the quality of service in the District Municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024, The continuous training of municipal personnel directly impacts their performance. Trained employees tend to offer a more efficient and competent service, which improves the quality of service to citizens.
