La tesis que planteamos tiene como principal objetivo analizar la dependencia y comportamiento del crecimiento económico de china sobre la balanza comercial del Perú al 2017, efectuando también un análisis del Tratado de Libre Comercio (TLC) entre Perú y China suscrito en Beijing el 28 de abril de 2009, y ratificado por el Perú el 6 de diciembre de ese mismo año. The objective of this research work was to determine how the personnel selection process is related to the quality of service of the district municipality of San Juan Bautista 2024. The study is of a basic type, correlational level, non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 40 employees of the municipality. In this study, the survey and the questionnaire were used as instruments.
