Sumario:Evaluating the effect of the teacher strengthening educational program for the improvement of professional development in beginning teachers at the primary level in the IEPS Sagrado Corazón de Iquitos in the year 2021, has been the main objective of the research. For this purpose, as a research methodology, the type of evaluative research was used, in addition to a field, univariate, longitudinal and quasi-experimental design with a single group. The population and sample consisted of 42 beginning teachers. In the field, to obtain the data, the survey technique was used, and a written academic test was used as an instrument, which was validated by experts on the subject to be investigated. The main result of the research is that the application of the teacher strengthening educational program shows its effectiveness in improving professional development, because in the pre-test a high percentage of beginning teachers were located at the medium level (69.0%), in In the post test, a high percentage of them were located at a medium level (57.1%) and at a high level (42.9%), which shows that beginning teachers achieved significant improvements after the application of the program with what is also verified the general hypothesis of the investigation.
