Evaluating the effect of the teacher strengthening educational program for the improvement of professional development in beginning teachers at the primary level in the IEPS Sagrado Corazón de Iquitos in the year 2021, has been the main objective of the research. For this purpose, as a research methodology, the type of evaluative research was used, in addition to a field, univariate, longitudinal and quasi-experimental design with a single group. The population and sample consisted of 42 beginning teachers.
